1. Introduction

At Tluzarinath, we are committed to your satisfaction with our products. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from our website tluzarinath.ddd.

This policy complies with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), and Danish consumer protection laws.

2. Your Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

2.1 Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2.3 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

3. Extended Return Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer an extended 30-day return policy for unopened products in their original packaging.

This means you can return unopened products for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• For statutory withdrawal (14 days): Products can be opened, but you must have handled them only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning
• For extended return (30 days): Products must be unopened and in their original packaging
• Products must be undamaged and in resalable condition
• All original packaging, labels, and seals must be intact (for extended returns)
• You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or order number)

5. Products Excluded from Returns

The following cannot be returned:

• Products that have been opened and partially consumed (except within the 14-day statutory withdrawal period)
• Products with broken seals that cannot be verified for safety reasons
• Products that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow storage instructions
• Products purchased more than 30 days ago (unless defective)

6. How to Return a Product

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Send an email to help-center@tluzarinath.world with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Receive Return Instructions: We will provide you with return authorization and instructions on where and how to send the product.
3. Pack the Product: Pack the product securely in its original packaging (if available) to prevent damage during transit.
4. Ship the Product: Send the product to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

7. Return Shipping Costs

• Statutory Withdrawal: You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The cost is estimated at approximately €10-20 depending on your location.
• Extended Return Policy: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Defective or Incorrect Products: If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us for a prepaid return label.

8. Refunds

8.1 Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

8.2 Refund Amount

• Statutory Withdrawal: Full refund including original shipping costs (except supplementary costs for expedited shipping)
• Extended Return: Full refund of the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective.

8.3 Diminished Value

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

9. Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to:

• A full refund, including all shipping costs
• A replacement product at no additional cost

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different one, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
